We will provide you with an estimate based on our understanding of your requirements and within the given timeframe. Any changes to those specifications will incur additional costs accordingly.
Once you accept our quote, it is agreed that you have read and unconditionally accepted our terms of service.
We understand that you may have specific needs and requests, so please let us know before we send out your quote. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by us.
A thorough analysis is conducted, and the scope of work is always defined before starting any project. This provides an understanding to both parties about what will be required and thus eliminates potential problems like cancellations or disputes later on down the road.
We understand that you need your project done as soon as possible, so we’ll make every effort to complete it within the given time frame. However, delays may be necessary if any functionality requires modification or re-evaluation.
Delays at your end will delay the project and proposed timeframes. This can result in additional costs as well.
We want to ensure that your experience with our service is a positive one. So if you notice any bugs or errors during or just after the development, we won’t charge you anything extra to fix it.
We expect all materials, including website content and related materials, to be submitted within two weeks of starting the project. Any further delays may result in additional charges if they go past reasonable timelines for completion.
If you need the project to be put on hold, please advise us in writing. Stalling the project may increase approved estimates by up to 25%, which is why we request advance notice so that development can continue while still meeting your needs.
Your website may require third-party components like Web Hosting, Domain Names, Payment Gateways, or SSL certificates. We will do our best in recognizing their suitability as per your needs; however, any limitations of these items are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for the same. Also, you’ll be charged separately for these unless specified otherwise.
All our SEO packages are for a minimum 3 months period, and you can cancel anytime with 1-month prior notice.
We take your marketing needs into consideration when offering Digital Marketing/Strategy packages. They include specific man-hours allocated each month and any unused man-hours are not rolled over to the next month. Third-party software or marketing expenses will be dealt with on an individual basis, should you require it for your business needs.
If you have any additional tasks that need to be taken care of immediately then you’ll be charged for those separately.
You guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to us for SEO purposes are owned by you or you have received express permission from the rightful owners to use the same. Under no circumstance can we be held liable for any damage arising from the use of such elements.
You agree to reimburse us for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be the purchase of special fonts, stock photography, etc.
We cannot be held responsible for any changes made to your Website, SEO, Social Media Handles, etc. by any third parties.
All communications/correspondences are done via emails. It is your responsibility to keep us updated with your relevant email addresses.
Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of GST unless specified.
You are required to complete milestone payments within 5 working days of each milestone unless mutually agreed otherwise. Final payment must be made one week before the project goes live.
Once you make the payment, it is agreed that you have read and unconditionally accepted our terms of service.
If you don’t pay your invoice by the due date, then we’ll charge 10% of its pending amount as a late fee plus an additional $5 per month in administration costs to continue processing these transactions through our system!
Limitation Of Liability
All our services must be used for legitimate purposes only. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any damages due to claims made against you or other parties resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee any specific result on any search engine, nor any massive increase in traffic or sales as a result of our services. Search engine visibility can change frequently as a result of regular changes in the algorithms used by search engines to rank sites, and other factors. You agree that the work done by us is in real-time and can be affected by these and
other factors.
We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by a matter beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, fire, lightning, explosions, earthquakes, war, etc.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by Indian Law.
Online Coaching T&C
The training session does not involve the coach amending any content on your website or showing you how to operate your website. Any modifications made to your website as a result of the training will be for you or your web developer to execute outside of the training session.
If you arrive later than the scheduled start time of the session or are not ready to begin the session at the agreed start time, the session may be curtailed and training content edited to ensure that the session ends at the designated time.
All course handouts and material whether supplied in a printed or digital format will remain the copyright property of the coach. Attendees may use the material for internal purposes only but are not permitted to reproduce the material without the prior written agreement of the trainer.
By accessing our online course materials you agree not to share your login details or reproduce any of the course content other than for your own personal use. You are permitted to access the materials only from a computer that belongs to you.
If any attempt is made to login with your details from an IP address that does not belong to you, your access will be automatically revoked and all further support denied. You may also be held legally liable for any material losses suffered as a result of sharing your login details with a third-party.
